We just received the pinball machine we ordered last August, believe it or not. Due to no fault of gameroomshop there were significant delays from the manufacturer and unreliable delivery dates they kept publishing. Throughout all of the delay issues you all at gameroomshop were awesome. The level of communication by all, personal attention by Dylan, and keeping the promise to ensure all will workout for the customer, especially with the large $ tied up for so long. Hi, I just want to give a huge acknowledgment and a thank you to Angelica for the communication and rescheduling a delivery with XPO logistics. I was gone for a week when XPO wanted to complete the delivery and they told me it would be over $1000 storage fee; with Angelica's help, she got XPO to hold the foosball table until I returned. Her customer service was fantastic and extremely helpful!

This was a surprise present for my wife in celebration of her 65th birthday. The Ms Pac-Man arcade game is something she enjoyed in her younger days. I really wanted to do something extra special for this milestone birthday. When she was made aware of this gift, her reaction was priceless. I can’t remember the last time I have seen her so happy and surprised. Our son recommended we find an authentic machine, which he did via the ""Game Room Shop"". The ""Namco Ms. Pac-Man / Galaga Class of 1981 Arcade Gaming Cabinet by Chicago Gaming” is everything we expected and more. The sounds, the lighting, the sturdiness of the cabinet really contributes to the overall experience. My wife really loves the machine and has played just about everyday since receiving it. We are pleased and thankful for such a quality product.
