I used FFS for a bit of a complicated flight itinerary (l usually do all of my own award flight searches but was happy to hand this one over to them). They came up with 2 good options and also made a couple of suggestions. They also explained why they chose certain routes. The whole report was very clear and easy to read. Was a bit underwhelmed by the results provided by Award Flight Assist.No results for Gatwick or Heathrow provided, yet I was able to obtain (with a bit of searching myself) Business award seats myself to Gatwick, and return from Zurich via Hong Kong. Have to say I was disappointed at the service provided.
