I received a very comprehensive report covering everything that I had listed as possible destinations. There were many possible flight options listed.
It was too early to report possible return options but detailed information was given about airlines and when to look for seats.
I was able to speak to the report writer by phone and we exchanged a number of e-mails until the return booking was made.

The Award Flight Assistance is a wonderful service.
I have just booked 2 return business flights after following the very concise and simple to follow itinerary options and booking details provided by Matt of FF Solutions.
In the past I have allocated far too many hours / days & phone calls trying to hunt down award seats especially for business class, so I’m hoping the Award Flight Assistance service will be around for many years to come.

James was incredibly helpful! The only reason I chose 4 stars was because when I booked (5mins after receiving my final itinerary, I discovered seats were no longer available and I had to choose economy for another segment of the flight. It was a bit frustrating and I was shocked that in 5mins the seats disappeared. But in any case, I wouldn’t hesitate to use FFA again. I’m so grateful!

What a wonderful service. I had spent days trying to navigate the booking systems of multiple airlines trying to find flights for the Singapore Air Round the World trip and not really able to put it all together. Frequent Flyer Solutions put it all together for me & all I had to do was send it through to Singapore Air. It still took a little bit of adjusting to finally get required destinations but I don’t think this trip would be a reality if I had not found Award Flight Assist service.
