My first time using Award Flight Assist, but I’m sure it won’t be my last! My consultant Lance was fantastic. He very quickly located several suitable flight options for me, and the detailed instructions on how to book were great and easy to follow. Lance was even able to give me great suggestions for seat selection. Definitely worth the small fee. Highly recommend.

FFS initial response was prompt. As my bookings were only about a month ahead and were during a busy holiday period a number of alternatives were provided. When I had further queries Peter responded within hours. I was able to get a Classic Reward Business class flight to Morocco for $1695 including FFS’s fee. This destination, for similar dates would have cost $10,000 plus. Even though the outbound journey had quite a few segments it was a massive saving. I researched the journey on the Qantas FF website it simply wasn’t available. The FFS’ is a great time and money saving service and has restored my faith in the fun journey of collecting FF points.

From start to finish the award flight service with FFS was brilliant. I hadn’t used them before nor did I have any recommendations so I was unsure what to expect, but they and in particular Lance exceeded all expectations. Lance was able to find a number of options that suited my search and during peak season within a couple of days. Which is astounding as I’d probably spent a number of days searching for myself before I gave up! Lance was really helpful at every step, providing clear instructions whilst answering a bunch of my questions without it feeling like a problem. I had encountered a few issues with the airline in which Lance was able to provide expert guidance, really going above and beyond to get them resolved. Thanks so much! I would 100% recommend and will be using their service again!

Great to get a decent set of instructions on how to book on the airline website. This is all this service is- a list of possible routes and instructions on how to book it on the airlines own site. Not sure if it's worth what I was charged.

Second time using the service and this time for a Oneworld Round the World award. Great experience, had some trouble actually booking the flights as availability changed constantly and Qantas' website never works so you have to call and currently there's a 2 hour wait time for each call so it's incredibly frustrating. You need to be prepared to put in some extra research and work probably around 10-15 hours to really get a perfect set of flights. Your FFS consultant will help you get through it.

After paying the fee and filling out my proposed itinerary, Bronwyn came back to me with a draft itinerary within a day with several options for each flight segment including some that i had not thought of or could not find myself. After making a couple of changes to the draft itinerary based on Bronwyn's advice we received the final itinerary last Thursday and booked via the Qantas premium call centre on Friday (Qantas online multi city flight booking system is atrocious and kept crashing).
