I ordered vinyl flooring from For the Floor & More after not being able to find a modern navy and white design in any shops. Ordering was easy, I liked that the design is emailed out before being made and the delivery was easy. I fit the floor myself after watching the video and it looks great. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that the vinyl isn't very thick at all (about 2/3 of the thickness of vinyl we took up to replace) and considering the price, you'd expect good thick vinyl.

Joe Kennedy took care of my request. He was absolutely fabulous, it was a fast process between me providing and image, then he sent me a proof, communicated technical information very fast, helped with the design, sent me a sample of the vinyl material. A week later it was printed and shipped shortly thereafter, expertly and safely packaged in a sturdy roll. Super fast turnover time, combined with his expert advice and super fast responsiveness was a treat. We will come back to this company in the future, it was a much better experience than my contacts with the competitor Atrafloor which provides similar products but lets you wait 5-6 weeks until you see the product. Floor and More are seriously competitive and should attract a lot of customers.

It was very easy to communicate with the company and any queries were answered promptly. At each stage of the selection and ordering process you were updated and were able to make any changes without encountering additional costs. The flooring and tile were delivered in good condition and very well packaged for their protection. The only consideration being that you had to undo all the packaging on delivery as no refund would be given if damage was discovered later. This did not go down very well with the delivery guy but was a reasonable request by the company. Would definitely recommend.
