I gave this rating simply because it was an outstanding service. First the delivery process. I never thought that they will go an extra mile. Kudos to Mr. JONATHAN M. Thank you man. You did not give up until someone receives the item on behalf of the recipient. You waited for almost 3 hours to mention. (I have given up hope on my end and yet you did not) and lastly the flowers were exactly the same as advertised on your site. I did not expect it to be perfect in all honesty but it went beyond my expectations. . Keep up the good work. KUDOS TEAM!

I would highly recommend Flowers Direct. I used them one month ago. Not only was their prices the lowest their customer services was second to none. Seamless simple ordering process, order was perfect and to top it off I ordered at 9:30am and they were able to rush deliver at 11:30am. I did not get the girl but I definitely got the best service in Cebu.
