I can only speak if my experience of dealing with them. I did like dealing with them until I recently encountered a problem with Megan. For whatever reason she seems to have a problem remembering what she says.
I encountered a problem with my bank and my payment couldn't be made. I was in Georgia and my bank is here in Wisconsin. I could not get a new debit card without being in person understanding. I explained this to her. I told her I would be in to make my payment as I did. Before I left I asked what was my balance, I only had one payment left. The following month for my payment she said it doubled basically. Nothing was mentioned about me paying a 50.00 late fee at the time of my last payment. I asked her why am I paying double and she said because I was late but said she wasn't going to charge me the late fee due to my situation. She then told me why would I say that?? At that point I'm confused because why would I lie? I just spoke with Megan and she said my payment was 121 and some change. I asked her how and she said because it's late. Tuesday I got a call and she said I would make my final payment and would never have to hear from them again?
Now she doesn't remember that either and said she didn't speak with anyone but had to check her notes. Im really confused at this point. Lastly she stated that I would not be able to take out another loan , and I'm steady asking her why.
She finally say because my payments were late but I couldn't do anything about that. All my payments were on time except these last 2 payments. I don't know what her problem is but she really needs to get it together. I just told her my daughter would be in to make my payment but she still tries to charge my card. The point of the loan is to build credit but that's ok. My issue is with Megan and her lying not with the company. Just make sure you record your conversation with her and get everything in writing.

I want to give a shout out to Carrie at the St. Croix location. She has been amazing to work with. She always remembers who I am even though she probably has only met me maybe 4 times. She is always ready with a smile. Not only that, she makes you feel comfortable and not ashamed that you are having to borrow money!

The ladies that work in the office are very nice. That's the first and 2nd half of the one star. Their knowledge/honesty on the collection of the loan fails miserably. I entered into a loan in February 2020, and began paying, and paying down faithfully, every 2 weeks.
Enter Pandemic 2020. As millions of Americans are laid off, hours cut etc, my family fell into hardship, (face first , into the curb.) I called the office to ask about closing out the loan, as I knew I didn't have the installment money. I was told after the auto-withdrawal failed (bounced), it wouldn't be tried a 2nd time, I'd receive a collection letter, and could pay on a final amount, including bounced check fees. I was fine with this. I let the process happen, and waited on the collection letter.
Two weeks later, during my next pay period, two things happened. First, I woke up to an alert from my bank. It was payday, and my account was $117.xx overdrawn, due to Flexible Finance. I immediately called the office, and was cheerfully told "Disregard the letter, your account has been paid." No, My account was robbed, based on the information YOU provided me. The 2nd, I checked my mail that afternoon, and there's a notice about the "Bounce" that happened 2 weeks prior.
Now, here I sit, in even worse dire straits than I was in to begin with. Yes, I could go back to Flexible, but I refuse. There's other predatory loan companies out there, and since I'm in this ugly place, I'll be dealing with them instead.

Horrible experience. Wasn’t able to get there until 22 minutes before close due to work. Employee stayed in the back and wouldn’t open the door until it was about 8 minutes until close and then informed me I should’ve gotten there 15 minutes sooner.
