Great! Transferred to Gatehub, it was basically instantaneous.
However, your "rates" page is not the same as your actual transfer conversion rate though. I guess your "rates" page does the middle of the spread while your "send" does what's available?
That's cool, but it's a bit misleading.

Fast and secure with great service.

I sent funds from my bank on 8/1/18 & they had still not arrived by 11/1/18. I contacted flash-fix via the web-site. Customer service was good... the funds were credited to my account within half an hour and the rest of the transfer went flawlessly.

It would have been good to get some explanation of why, if my deposit from my bankcould be seen, it hadn’t been originally credited to my account. Was it something in my transaction reference that might have caused the issue or was it a one-off internal issue? I sent some more funds from my bank yesterday and it will be interesting to see if it is quickly credited this time or if I need to give flash-fx a nudge again.

An email is sent saying when funds have been deposited, but I logged in a number of times to the the website anyway. There was a notice that Flash-fx was temporarily out of Gatehub & Bitstamap USD. Since I use the service to fund a Gatehub wallet, even if my funds had cleared when expected, it is probable I would have then been delayed waiting for Gatehub.USD to be made available.

Overall, I think it’s a good service. It was just unfortunate I ran into some minor issues that detracted from the smoothness of the experience.

Update: The delay looks like it was a one-off. Further ddeposits have cleared without any issues.

FlashFX and their team are super amazing. Quick and helpful support and really makes my life easier. Looking forward to doing more business with them.
