Always support and fast and easy

I did a lot of research to transfer money with the lowest fees. Thee guys are the best. They get way closer to the real exchange rate than my bank used to, and there are no fees. Really simple platform once you get the handle on it. It's a 2 step process relative to doing it from your bank, but easy. Highly recommend if youre moving largish amounts of money.

I was extremely impressed by the speed of the transaction. The funds that I requested to be transferred into my overseas account were deposited in a matter of hours as opposed to the 3 - 5 days it used to take the previous organisation I used previously. Also the whole process was very smooth and seamless.

Was l little surprised that transaction took a couple of days. I thought with XRP and the Distributed Ledger it would have been much quicker.

Kelvin, the funds have been transferred to the Manila within 2-3 minutes. If you had sent to a bank account that is instapay enabled it would have settled within 15-30minutes. However if you choose to make a peso net payment, then the delay has nothing to do with XRP or DL but simply the limitations of the banking platform in the Phillippines. We had explained this to you already via live chat. Thanks for the feedback and sorry we did not meet your expectations.

I expected the transaction to be instantaneous, or at least same day remittance. Not sure how the fees compare to others as such, but the transaction passed through the main/central bank before it went through to the regional bank recipient.

Hi Adeliza, we can only send immediate when you send to a InstaPay enabled bank account. In your case it was PesoNet and while funds were in PH immediately, funds can only travel to the destination based on transfer system used in PH. Thank you.
