I haven’t received anything yet and it's looking like I never will, so no, not a great experience. Tracking indicated it was out for delivery Friday but it didn’t arrive. I emailed Customer Support asking about my order status because all references to the Stamps.com (I guess that’s you?) package traveling to Lansing disappeared and tracking continues to say “in transit to another (nameless) facility”. But Customer Service has not had the courtesy to reply. So I’m left in the dark without FDCs.
