this is my 4th big flag that Fest Flags has made for me but this one I had in my mind what I wanted but that’s ALL I had and after about a day or 2 of back and forth me changing and adding the team at Fest Flags had exactly what I wanted so I patiently waiting for the mail and within 2 weeks I had an amazing flag They exceeded all my expectations. On a scale of 1-10 I give Fest Flags a 13!!!

Flags are ABSOLUTLY AWSOME!! I look forward to buying a LOT more from these guys... they did Great with my ordes!!! now-------Getting ahold of these folks is a FUKCING JOKE AND A HALF!!!! They WILL NOT ANSWER ANY PHONE CALL... they INSIST YOU EMAIL THEM as the only means to conmmunicate with them. I'm sorry-- I dont operate my life at a DAMN computer to email people just to ask for a status update for an order that was 4-6 weeks from order date... I want to talk to a LIVE PERSON to get me some DAMN ANSWERS!!!! but no- no suck luck with these people.. Buyers be ware... you are noting but an email customer to this outfit... which is sad, because they make a WONDERFUL product and have SHITTTTY customer service.... Flag-10 STARS customer service SUCKS ASS!!!!!
