They sent the wrong flag design, and then it took another 3 weeks to get the right flag mailed. By that time, the event for which I purchased the flag had already passed. Very disappointed.

I had a custom image placed onto a flag, Their response to my order was extremely fast & in my case they sent a proof of my image same day. The proof they sent revealed that it needed slight contrast adjustments, they adjusted my image within moments and sent a new proof for approval. Great customer service!
