I received a prompt phone-call after I submitted a product query. That was great. The ordering process was simple and efficient... But the product arrived in an open box with an adapter that had been removed from the original box and packaged externally. The other items (the phone, etc) were inside the box, but removed from the original packaging. Now I am left wondering if a previous customer returned the product. Additionally, the two handsets and the receiver all came wired with UK plugs and square shaped Euro-adapters. The square shaped adapters won't fit into any standard SA outlet or adapter, so I had to run out to buy 3 UK-SA adapters.
I think I should have been offered a discount for an open box (or I should have received only unopened items). I also think that it would be helpful if the supplier warned that UK-SA adapters will likely be needed.

The battery pack I ordered for my Siemens Gigaset A1 came with 2 separate plugs, measuring 5mm, instead of the 4,5mm double plug that was required. The replacement plugs did not fit the 4,5mm phone connection socket so I had to cut the plugs off the replacement battery pack and solder the wires on to the original battery pack double plug. This was an inconvenience, and I don't know why the replacement battery pack was not fitted with the correct 4,5mm double plug.
Apart from that, the replacement battery pack is working fine.
