Having filled everything in and paid I was told I couldn't do an expat will for assets in the UK because I live in Australia. Why let me pay then. No response from Customer Support so far.

Great service and excellent value. I made a mistake and paid for the wrong will in first instance and had to pay again for the correct expat US will. I e-mailed them and got a refund same day on the extra payment. Would definitely recommend them.

Although at the front end - when one looks at your offering, it appears like is appropriate for a Canadian with international experience and assets. But once you get into the site, the layers of costs are a turn off. In the end one can just prepare one's own will using common sense approach.

Terrible. After I’m putting all my info I cannot print my Will. Then I got a message it is not available to US in Australia. And my Customer service requests are unanswered.
Need a refund or useable Will.

You can improve a little for someone that wants do everything in the phone.
With a little help I made it work but it wasn’t as friendly as it should.
