Excellent service and response to our orders

Everything was amazing and Claire has been wonderful. However I was short a cocktail table, submitted my claim form and still kk one has contacted me to resolve or refund for the missing item.

Customer Service was the best part about this company, everyone I interacted with was very helpful.

Some of the furniture we received didn't come in excellent condition. We were especially confused about the cocktail tables as they do not fit in the cocktail cart that came with them....the cart was built for smaller tables, but included in our order for free.

Some of the plastic folding tables had discolorations, or cuts in the plastic tops. The chairs are good, but the paint is very easily scratch-able.

I was dealing with the sale representative, however, :
I received the wrong chairs protective cover
The dolly for the 10 72- inch round tables are not strong enough to hold 10 tables
The boxes for the round tables and the 10 ft tables were damaged and some tables were dented

One of the major issues with delivery was the fact that your delivery company sent only one person / the driver to deliver large load that is very heavy and the delivery was done on 2 days:

the firs day the driver asked for help from my wife and since she could not heavy objects my 14 years old minor child end up helping carrion heavy and very bulky 72 inch tables . this is extremely unacceptable and endangered the health and safety of my minor son

The other delivery it happen that I was home and the driver asked me to help carry the 10 ft tables and help maneuver the large load inside the truck first which was very difficulty and unsafe. I never heard that delivery companies ask for the customer to do their job. also, during the movement of the chairs stack the driver damaged my garage door due to the height of the load that did not have clearance to move it in my garage.

One of the main risk in business is promising and under delivering . I am planning to call the sales rep. today once they open since Eventstable is on PT zone
