Eurway has been a great shopping experience for me. I had ordered from them several years ago (barstools) & one arrived damaged & Eurway took care of it - resolved the issue immediately. Fast forward a few years & I shopped again, searching for a contemporary bench for my new home. I talked to customer service about supply chain & ordering during these covid times. They were very helpful, so I ordered the bench & it arrived as promised & is a beautiful piece. I find Eurway has great quality products at a fair & reasonable price . I will continue shopping with them! Logo

Purchase was easy. Lengthy delay in shipping however. I was receiving autogenerated messages to review my purchase for over a month before I received it. I did respond to a review request pointing that fact out and they soothed my aggravation with a Gift Certificate, so, all and all, a solid experience. Logo

We're sorry if we didn't live up to expectations. This was a case where tracking was generated at our shipping warehouse as soon as this order was packaged, the bill-of-lading entered and the freight company notified for the pick-up. However, the package itself did NOT move for nearly a week, due to various pandemic-related delays. This is an ongoing problem we're seeing during these unusual times and we apologize for the inconvenience. - Greg

The delivery came earlier than expected, the packaging was well done, the deliverer gave me a valuable tip to avoid breaking things, and we love the table.

I ordered my desk in May, and was told that the desk will be delayed to the mid of June due to COVID-19. It was ok since I'm not in an urgent and the mid of June was just two week away.

However, I actually received my desk at the end of July, which is two months after I ordered it. If I knew it would be that late, I wouldn't order the desk in Eurway.

I was going to give 1 star, but I decided to go for three stars because:
1) the customer service is very responsive
2) I like the desk Logo

I'm glad you are happy with the desk and with our customer service. Essentially, those are really the only two aspects of our operations that are completely within our control. COVID-related supply chain disruptions mean we cannot generally guarantee product availability, lead times or that there won't be transit delays, as you unfortunately experienced.
