your delivery/courier is not professional. they never show up for the scheduled delivery.
I call them up an they indicated to me that their truck broke down no one contacted me about it.
we scheduled delivery within a week and yes came on time.
the questions here your company needs to hire a reliable courier because I wasted one day from work and my items never arrived.
Also the drawings to put this desk together are not good. you need to provide a better drawing.

We purchased a chair many years ago from Euroway and it was amazing! It was time to get a new recliner. So, naturally we wanted to shop with Euroway again. This was a huge mistake. The quality of the chair we received was very cheap and very uncomfortable. I am aware that I purchased a chair offline. However, it was the same company and supposed to be the same chair in a different color we bought 10 years ago. We don’t live in Dallas anymore and thought this wouldn’t be an issue. Once we received the chair and realized the recliner wasn’t the quality we had anticipated like before the nightmare began. I immediately called customer service to express my concerns. The gentlemen i spoke with knew exactly what chair i was referencing. I was then told that Euroway had been bought out, which I’m not sure if that meant they sold cheaper products now or what. They told me that if i wanted to return the chair i had to pay for the return shipping and then they were going to charge us a 20% restocking fee for a chair. I clearly ordered the recliner because i wanted one but i didn’t know the quality was poor and cheaply made. After all was said and done i paid $500 for the chair. I had to pay $316 for return shipping and then $100 restocking fee for a total loss of $416 and no recliner. They do not guarantee their products. Not only do I not recommend them I will never shop with them again.

I love my acrylic stools, my glass table and everything I bought from Eurway! Easy to put together and quality product! Will buy from again. Looks classy and modern and the value is great for the reasonable price.

My bed is so nice the quality is the best and nice and quiet whwe I got to my relax time I love the fact this bed is from Amsco very good quality I have previos experience with Eurway is one of the good home fuirniture I will get back always because my experience is the best forever thanks Eurway

After a 3 month delay in receiving the desk I ordered, it came badly damaged an unusable. It will need a replacement. Not only is it scratched, but one of the steel brackets is actually broken (I didn't even know that was possible).

The bed frame came in a timely manner, however, when I started assembling it I noticed that the center beam did not have holes for the connecting legs in the correct place (holes were supposed to be on the top and bottom, but were drilled on the sides instead. My boyfriend and I had to secure the legs on with zip ties as well as glue them as a temporary solution. Really disappointed and am now looking for another bed frame elsewhere.

product is ok for the money. quality is reasonable, but the finish is not the best and assembly not the easiest. particle board is very light weight and hollow sounding, wish it were more solid and the veneer more appealing..
