After meeting with four other garage specialists, I finally chose Encore Garage. Tony was courteous and knowledgeable as well as very accommodating to our schedule and storage needs. He bent over backwards to make it work in terms of price and service. His staff was meticulous and thorough in its work and cleanup afterwards. Needless to say, the garage floor exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more happy; so happy in fact that my car is still parked in the driveway a week later! I am looking forward to finishing off my garage with custom cabinets that Encore Garage will furnish. Thank you for a job well done!

We had contacted four highly rated companies on Angie's List to get quotes to refinish our garage floor. Encore was the last company to give me an estimate. Overall, the finished product is to our expectations but, some of the process was less than satisfactory. The good things - Encore explained the differences between the two major products used on the market and determined that we did not need the higher priced product. We appreciated that. The woman who handles their phone is a poor communicator. When I first called, she said she would not send an estimator out unless I was and quot;really seriousand quot; about doing this. I had to insist to her that I had three other quotes in hand before she would schedule an estimator. Because I didn't and quot;pickand quot; a color at the time the estimator came, that took some doing to get samples sent to me to pick from. Our job was to take three days because of the necessary repairs to the concrete. The day the crew was scheduled to come, we kept being told different time frames for their arrival. Very hard to plan your day around. The second day's crew made a mistake in the application. When I called about getting the mistake fixed, I was treated very rudely. The timing communicated to us for the second and third day's crews was also constantly changing. The actual crew guy on the first and third days was efficient, hard-working, quiet, polite and neat. In the end, the finished product is what we wanted but, the process could have been less aggravating.

I just hired Encore Garage to install an Epoxy Garage floor. All I can say is WOW, the floor looks awesome. Tony was great to work with. He explained the entire process, and was very helpful in answering my many questions throughout. His proposal was very reasonable and in line with 3 other bids I got. The crew who completed the work was on time, courteous and also explained exactly the process / work they would be performing each day. From start to finish the actual work took about 1.5 days. If you are considering an Epoxy garage floor, be sure to give Encore a call.

I had Encore out to do my mudroom and pantry and could not be more satisfied. The office staff was friendly and informative and scheduled my appointment fairly quickly. Tony, the owner, was fabulous! He really new a lot about design and clearly was designing for a "real" family and kept my budget in mind throughout the entire process. The crew was in and and out quickly and cleaned up after themselves. There were no surprises and EVERYONE LOVES MY MUDROOM!!!

I thought that everything was very good. As far as the price goes, I did not get any quotes or anything I just went with them off of Angie's recommendation. They were professional. Everything was very good as far as the installer was concerned.

The whole process went well, with one exception wherein the salesman, Mark, had promised to have dollies and men to help me move heavy tool cabinets into a Pod. Problem was that only one man was on site without dollies, so I had to leave work to go home and move cabinets (two hours of lost time, plus the mileage). I was not happy, but the rest of the job went quite well. I also have to commend Mark for suggesting the use of the Pod to store all the stuff in my garage during the floor work.

In September of 2011, I had Encore Garage apply an epoxy floor in my 3 car garage. Black and gray fleck with UV resistant top coat. The overall process, sales thru install was easy and painless. I received 3 other bids for comparison and while Encore was not the least expensive I thought they offered the best value for the money. Fast forward to late August 2012. I noticed that the area closest to the door was beginning to yellow. The yellowing was not uniform across the floor so I eliminated in my mind that the sun was causing the problem. I contacted Encore to see if this was something they could look at and fix. At their request, I took some photos for evaluation and emailed them to Paul. A couple of days later Paul was at my home personally inspecting the floor. Paul confirmed that the floor should not be yellowing because of the polyaspartic UV resistent top coat applied.

I expected Paul to offer to fix the damaged area at no cost. He offered to not only fix the affected area but he said they will redo the entire 3 car garage, no charge. Paul wanted to do this two days later but I had to push the appointment back. The following week the two man crew came in and refinished the entire floor. The end result looks great!

I wasn't happy about the floor yellowing and was a little nervous about the type of customer service and support I would receive. The response was quick, professional and even though the inital floor had an issue, Encore Garage stood behind their product 110%. Thank you for great customer support!

Encore Garage did a great job on are garage floor and the guys that did the job were pretty knowledgeable. Roughly about 5 months later we did experience some fading at the end before the garage door and apron. So I called and talked to the floor manager and he was concerned, said I will come and take a look, and yes that's what he did not to mention how respectful, curtious, and said I will make sure this gets fixed. So shortly after working around the weather as he kept in great contact w/us he came back and got the job done, and are garage floor looks great again...(Thanks again Paul for all your time and effort we really appreciate it !)

We had been considering have our garage improved with flooring and cabinets for several years and had seen a lot of the ads around for companies that specialize in this sort of work.

EncoreGarage was once of the companies we call out for an estimate and we were impressed right from the start. The sales designer, TJ, was clearly more knowledgeable than both of the other companies we called out. In addition, it seemed that Encore was really more focused on the garage space, where other companies were not. TJ was extremely personable and very detailed throughout the process. He took notes and listened to what our goals and concerns were with the project. He explained how the process would unfold from design until completion.

Our project was going to include flooring, cabinets, painting and organizer systems for both the wall and ceiling. TJ, got back to us before any of the others with a beautifully detailed computerized full color renderings of the completed garage. After a few changes and color selection we were really to roll. We signed the contract and gave a one-half deposit, the following day Jen from the Encore office called to go over scheduling dates with us.

There were two days allotted for painting, two days for the flooring installation and two days for the cabinets and organizers. Everything was scheduled in sequential days and a POD was delivered and placed on our driveway a few days before the painters arrived. We cleared out the garage over a weekend and the painters arrived as scheduled on Monday.

With Encore everything went according to plan and I was kept informed by their office on arrival times of crews and on general progress. The sales person, TJ, checked in during the process to make sure everything was going OK. The process was finished the following Saturday and our garage looks amazing. I could not be happier with the results and the experience with EncoreGarage was top notch in every aspect.

I would not hesitate to recommend EncoreGarage especially if you are looking for a company who has solid experience in the garage makeover area. You will be able to tell right away that this company is a great choice. Do not hesitate to call this company if you are planning on getting a floor coating system in your garage. They are a fantastic home improvement operation and really know how provide pleasant customer service. The process was simple, easy and straight forward from the very first email inquiry. The sales person was honest, knowledgeable and put no pressure on me. We got other quotes and decide to hire Encore mainly because they seemed more professional than anyone else. Besides they are several locations across the US and this made us feel more confident in there ability to perform. Pricing was not the least expensive and not the most, but I felt we would get the most professional service and product quality from Encore. I received great treatment from the sales person who's name is TJ, he did what he promised and called to check on our satisfaction after the completion of the work. Go with the company, you will be very pleased. I am not the type of person who is easily impressed, but EncoreGarage definitely made the grade!

On the day of the sales call, the sales rep, TJ showed up on time, met with my husband, and did a great job on communicating and quoting enough that my husband was very satisfied with the quote. The price was basically in line with other quotes we had. The quote and experience was good enough that we called that night to book the job. They wanted 50% down. The scheduling was 2 weeks out, but we had to schedule a month out due to our schedule.

The company needs to improve its communication before and after the job, but after several follow up discussions, I believe that the communication will improve dramatically with other customers in its communications. I have to give them a C on their responsiveness/communications based on our initial experience, but think new customers will give it an and quot;Aand quot;.

We had several issues with the floor that resulted in a redo, but the end result is FABULOUS. So it is a good sign that a company will stand by their product and service. You can tell the quality of a company and its professionalism by the way they deal with problems, and how they turn it around so that the end result is total customer satisfaction. This company has done that. I feel confident that their lifetime warranty is really worth something now.

The floor is well done, crisp clean edges on and quot;curbsand quot; in garage,, smooth floor with shiny granite looking effect with nice curves at the apron - it looks great!!
