Hazard! Our Encore floor is extremely slick when wet and all winter long. We expressed concerns before install about this, yet were not informed about the slippery nature of this product. Apparently it is a well-known issue and many installers add grit for free- extra grit if you express concern at no cost. The owner has never acknowledged that the floors are slick and wants to charge us to add the grit now which could have been added for free at time of install. Owner has become rude and aggressive. The floor looks great, but is extremely slippery when wet and the owner will not tell you this. Our car slid into the garage wall, numerous family members have fallen - we are talking legs out from under you serious falls – if you like the look of this flooring make darn sure the installer addresses and guarantees traction – otherwise you have a nice looking hazard. Someone can get seriously hurt – we are using non-slip rubber mats across most of the floor to protect ourselves – not exactly the look we were after.

Encore is a top notch company. They installed an epoxy floor in my garage 6 years ago and the floor is still in excellent condition. During our recent home remodel, I learned there are different levels of garage epoxy floors. Since the epoxy for our new 2 car garage was part of our contract, my builder was going to install material purchased off the shelf from a paint store. After doing some research, I learned there was a risk of this calibre of epoxy chipping after several years of wear and tear. Since our focus was on quality, I asked my builder for a credit on the garage floor. I then reached out to Encore and spoke with Tony Scaletta. I requested that they install the same epoxy floor from 6 years ago in our new garage. He did not disappoint. Although this was more expensive than the builder recommendation, it was totally worth it. The installer was very professional and an expert in his field. The result is a high quality, flawless, absolutely beautiful floor that continues to get rave reviews from everyone who sees it, including vendors working on our home. The best part is that I know the floor will stand the test of time based on past experience. I've not had to use the lifetime warranty once in the 6 years I've had the floor in the old garage. Tony Scaletta, CEO, is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and continues to surpass customer expectations. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

We hired Encore to epoxy our garage floor (small 2-car garage) after speaking with MANY other companies. From the very first phone call, everyone I spoke to was very friendly, helpful and competent. The women who answered the phone when I first called explained the entire process in detail, including the products used in the epoxy process. She provided me with a quote after having me send in pictures of the floor (they didn't even have to send someone out to do it in person, saving me time and hassle) and promised the owner, Tony, would contact me soon. Within two days, I received an email from Tony with the full quote and contract, as well as a schedule for the work to be done. Very fast and efficient! I ended up emailing Tony a few times with questions before the scheduled work date and every time he answered very promptly.
The work itself was EXCEPTIONAL. The worker showed up on the scheduled day (on time!) and got right to work. He completed the entire grinding, first coat and flake application on the first day, and came back the next day for the top coat. It was finished completely after the second day and we were instructed to let it dry for a few days. We ended up letting it dry longer than necessary just to be safe. In the end, it is beyond gorgeous! I am very picky and I can't find a single thing to complain about! From start to finish this was the easiest house project we have ever had done and the best company to work with!

What a terrific job EncoreGarage did to help better organize our garage. Before the cabinets were put in we had open shelving, but the shelving always looked messy and our things still got dusty. In addition, we had no solution for bikes. Tony came out and I talked about what my ideas were, he made some suggestions and showed me various options. A few days later he presented us with a detailed 3D CAD design of the garage plan, we made a few revisions to the plan and he got things going. I was really impressed with how much more knowledgeable EncoreGarage was than any of the other providers we spoke with. Tony came up with solutions for everything I had in mind including a drawer base cabinet with integrated iPhone/iPad charging stations for each of my children. They replaced our existing garage lights with sleek new modern fixtures. They even incorporated high tech LED under cabinet lighting above each workbench. They were able to handle the demo of the old shelves, painting of the garage and even assisted with color choices. When our existing shelf units were removed bare spots were left on our existing epoxy floor because the floor had obviously been installed after the shelves. I asked Encore if they could patch in these spots and they were able to take care of everything. EncoreGarage runs a full cabinet manufacturing shop so their ability to create the perfect garage cabinet layout with made to order sizes went far beyond what any other provider would have been able to do for us. I would highly recommend EncoreGarage to anyone looking to take their garage to the next level.

After researching three different garage floor companies my wife and I decided to use Encore. They came and resurfaced our garage floor and it looked great. Unfortunately, after just a few days the floor started turning yellow at spots. I complained and Tony came over and checked out the problem. He talked with a new supplier of materials that they had tried and realized the new product was inferior to his normal manufacturer. He immediately stopped using this new supplier. Tony promised me that he would redo the floor at no cost and was extremely apologetic. I just had the floor redone and Lawrence did a terrific job. I am in the construction business and would highly recommend Encore for my client's projects. As with all my independent contractor's, I only use those that are highly professional and stand by there work.

The concrete floor in my two-car garage had a crack that ran from one wall to the opposite wall in addition to a lot of chipping and peeling. After Encore Garage completed their work, this floor looks absolutely beautiful.
Several of my neighbors came to see the new floor and every one of them made favorable comments.
I even gave a referral to some of them.
The Encore installer arrived each day on time as promised and proceeded to perform in a professional manner that displayed a very high standard of craftsmanship. He was obviously well-trained and experienced. Furthermore, he was always polite, friendly, and courteous. He cleaned up extremely well after completing his work each day. Five stars!
