We used Encore for garage flooring, storage and a car lift. Overall, the experience was positive, The floors and storage turned out great and the car lift works as expected. There were a few minor issues related to items being on back order that was not communicated well and outlets not being moved or made accessible. That said, I would recommend working with Encore. They were very responsive in getting our job scheduled and addressing any issues or questions we had.

Great Job from start to finish. We had our three car garage floor sealed with epoxy floor coating and had custom cabinets, counter and slat walls installed. The owner of the company Tony came over for the estimate, he was very professional, no high pressure sales, brought samples of colors and cabinet styles. We received a CAD drawing with the quote so it was very easy to make changes and visualize the space. We had a POD to store our garage stuff and Tony facilitated the delivery several days early so the move was easy. The installation crew was very professional and friendly. They would call when they were on their way so we knew when to expect them. It was a four day job and at the end of each day they would clean up so there never was any mess. We felt their pricing was more than fair and we are more than pleased with the finished results. The garage now has a WOW factor and we have a lot of our friends comment on how great the garage looks. Would definitely recommend EncoreGarage to others.

Encore Garage recently completed our garage make over and I could not be happier! We had the floors done as well as cabinets and slat wall. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff, the timeliness and the quality of the products. Everything happened exactly when Tony said it would and it looks amazing. My two year wants to hang out in the garage and keeps saying, "Garage Pretty"! It was so easy to do business with Encore. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to fix up their garage.

The work went exactly as proposed. I had reviewed a number of companies for the project and chose Encore because they had an in house custom cabinet manufacturing facility, while other companies had that work subcontracted. I wanted someone who had control over the whole project. We met with the owner of the company who came out and helped us visualize what we could do with our garage. We received a full CAD drawing two days later so it was easy to make small changes. The job was scheduled and and completed in four days. Two days to finish the floor and two days to complete the cabinet work. Encore recommended getting a storage pod while the work was being done. Encore scheduled the pod for us and had it delivered several days in advance so we could clear out the garage. The workers called in advance each day to let us know when they would be arriving. They were very professional, worked hard and cleaned up at the end of each day. Their pricing was very competitive and we were very, very happy with the results.

Encore garage just got done resurfacing our garage floor. I couldn't be happier with the out come. They did a great job,their employees were professional and explained everything they were going to do. I worked with Debbie and Tony Scaletta who were very candid, forthright and clear about pricing, expectations, and things to look out for. During the sales process, they were very informative and easy to do business with. Since I was moving into a new home and we were not able to see the garage, we came to an agreement that was based on an estimate but the scope was clearly subject to change based on the actual condition and size of the garage (this was completely fair for both sides). Due to the great discussions and a strong recommendation from a friend, I decided to trust/go with EncoreGarage.

The final in-home consult with Tony went smoothly as we picked dates, finishes and colors. The crew showed up on time for the job and did a great job explaining the process. For my home, the scope included finishing our garage and a small breezeway - both had different finishes. Upon completion, we were ecstatic about the garage, but we were not happy with the breezeway. I called Tony to discuss and they immediately reached out and scheduled a consult the next day. Less than 24 hours later, their lead crew member came out, heard our thoughts, and simply fixed the job over several hours that day. I was taken back by the responsiveness and the awesome fix on the breezeway.

After many years of considering a garage renovation I finally gave into the urge and I am so grateful I did. When asking around I was referred to Encore and did reach out to them. From the first phone call and scheduling the appointment they have been extremely easy to deal with and communicated consistently and promptly. I was scheduled for an onsite consultation and Tony Scaletta showed who showed up on time and prepared. He was punctual, did precise measurements, and more importantly took the time to discuss the organizational needs I had to have, as well as my special wish list. He had plenty of samples and color charts and was extremely thorough in his presentation. He was also helpful in my selection process. He offered to do everything that was needed from start to finish. Painting walls as well as the floor and cabinetry work. He priced items separately and would work with you and your budget to accomplish your goals in the best way possible.
After receiving the original drawing he was also available to address concerns and suggested changes. We concluded our initial review and in 60 minutes the drawing was revised and I was ready to go. We picked the dates for both the epoxy floor process and the cabinet work. The follow up was great and Encore met every scheduled date and time. The crews individually called to tell me they were on the way and gave me the ETA each day (four days). The crews were polite, courteous and more importantly professional. I trusted them completely and left them alone for the majority of the project. The garage is done, the colors and selections are perfect and I am the envy of all the husbands in the entire neighborhood. Maybe even a wife or two.
I too, am in the service business and know how hard it is to find high quality people that perform at the level that Encore provided. I would recommend them to anyone and already have. It is important to note that Tony is also the owner on Encore and keeps the promises he makes as it is his personal reputation on the line in everything he does.

We had Encore quote on doing our garage floor in a nice sealant. Tony came out on a Sunday, which was my only convenient time to meet me and review the garage. We went with Encore because:
1. The quote was very competitive
and
2. Encore has a good rating on Angies list

It was a 3 day project and they came on the day they said they would to start. The work went as we were told, no issues and completed in 3 days as expected. The start on each day varied, but they did not run late and were respectful and quiet. There was no need to be on hand to manage and they left each day with a clean project area.

The floor looks fantastic! The terra cotta flec design we choose looks exactly like the sample. We are very happy and impressed with the floor, the work and all the Encore folks involved.

Tony was very responsive through the whole quote process answering our questions. We looked at a couple other similar companies but selected Encore Garage for price competitiveness, quality of cabinets (shelves are thick, cabinets have full backs and you can select choice of color) and Tony's responsiveness. Recommend that you double check all the measurements on the drawings so you are sure everything will fit where you want it before signing off on the final design - we did this and as a result made some minor tweaks before the job started. Job was done professionally and on time. There was only one of the shelves that had to be moved slightly on the wall to avoid hitting the garage door as it came down, but not a big issue (minor scratch). Garage cabinets and floor look great. We put a lot of slat wall up, and starter wall accessory pack just is not enough, so we will order more. Would recommend Encore Garage.

Hired EncoreGarage to patch repair and then apply flex-core uv polyaspartic on it. The floor was a mess and required a lot of prepping and patch work and grinding which their guy did effectively on day 1. He then applied coating flakes and slip resistance finish on day 2. After a few days of curing we can't believe how durable and clean it is that we felt bad putting our cars back in the garage. We are very satisfied how it came out and how professional tony and his worker were to our needs. I would highly recommend Tony and Encore to anyone thinking about enhancing their garage.

Encore completely transformed my garage from a cluttered, shabby mess to a showpiece. Actually, my garage is the lower level of a historic stable built in 1879. I asked Encore to design something that retained elements of the past while giving a crisp new look. I am honestly thrilled with the outcome.

We have an oversized garage and a few years ago we had a large portion of the garage floor, which was heavily pitted and crumbling away, prepped and seal coated. We were very pleased with the end result of the project. The floor is easy to clean and it looks and wears great! We recently had the remaining portion of the floor done and are so happy we did. The entire Encore Garage crew, from the estimator to the men who completed the job, were professional, answered our answers and paid attention to detail.

I did not have any problems with their professionalism or scheduling. I think some people may not ask the right questions or questions at all. I try to think of everything beforehand so that there are no surprises. The communication was probably a 'B'. The reason being is that when I received the quote I clearly asked to have the apron of the garage included in the scope of work. I got the quote and did not notice that it was not stated separately. I assumed it was included since it was what we talked about many times in the conversation.

After the work was done I sent them some pictures of some things I had questions on and asked about the apron. A few things were normal and a few things they had no problem fixing at all. They told me that the apron was not included in the quote so they would have to charge me for the material to come back out. I explained that it was something I brought up numerous times during the quote process so how was I supposed to know it was not included?!?! After some thought I decided that it was worth the extra $240 so I agreed (mainly because I wasn't being charged for the labor).

I will say that I do not think they are expensive for the work they put in during the whole process. Everything was explained to me in detail and I think it was a fair price for the amount of work.

All in all the floor looks FABULOUS! My neighbors are envious and constantly tell me how they wish they could do their own garage floor but have other, more important, things to fix or do in their homes. It's been almost 2 years and I haven't noticed any problems with it so far. Twice a year I move everything out of my garage and do a good cleaning. Last year I did not notice anything wrong or that needed repairing. Cleaning the floor is a breeze. It looks so much more clean and pretty! :-)

I wish there was a category for communication. I give a 'B' for communication for the main reason that I wrote above and the other is that I think a good improvement would be to call the customer as the job goes on (this takes 2 to 3 days) to inform them of the progress and what is next. When they were done, I was not sure and had to call them. I did not want to walk on the floor if they were not done. Responsiveness was perfect in my experience. Work on communication and they are an A+ in my book.

I had Encore out to do my mudroom and pantry and could not be more satisfied. The office staff was friendly and informative and scheduled my appointment fairly quickly. Tony, the owner, was fabulous! He really new a lot about design and clearly was designing for a "real" family and kept my budget in mind throughout the entire process. The crew was in and and out quickly and cleaned up after themselves. There were no surprises and EVERYONE LOVES MY MUDROOM!!!
