The price was great but the communication and tech support were abismal. The product keys that I was sent were not only invalid and identified as piracy by Microsoft tech support but were also for the wrong product. I also had to wait close to 5 hours to receive the product key. I was shocked that I had received two invalid keys and began to feel like I had been scammed. I was simply lucky that the Microsoft tech support representative set me up with a valid product key for the correct product.
