I ordered a canvas world map from Elephant Stock recently. Shipping was quick and the customer service team was very responsive to my inquiries. However, I rated a 4 instead of a 5 because I had to cancel my initial order because it was accidentally charged to my work AMEX vs personal card. I recognized the error same day and ordered a replacement world map. However, my discount on my initial order was not honored on my replacement order.
