Horrible customer service

Customer service is a nightmare to work with going on week 3 for a refund of a $599.99 2 yr subscription that they wrongfully charged my account because it was paid for last year. Then I'm having to jump thru hoops to prove they should NOT have charged me. Stay away from Echelon no one knows what their doing.

I spent ALOT of money and this has gotta be the worst money I've ever spent on a product - the first bike had missing screws and a bad foundation assembly and the second bike is defective bc the tension to turn the pedals is so tight I can't even ride the bike.

SCAMMERS!!! Don't buy it!!! Ridiculous customer service - 0. Very unprofessional. I'm surprised by how this company conducts business in the USA. They don't have a manager, and won't help you at all. I have been trying to reach them for more than a month and all I hear it's a lie. One representative said just wait another day, I called back in a few days and we started from the very beginning and again and again. If you buy a product, be ready to stay with it as is. Wasted money and time.

I signed up for the $34.99 premium membership as I wanted to try out the classes prior to purchasing a mirror. I discovered that I could only use the FitPass option since I didn't have a mirror yet. When I reached out to customer service to have my membership changed from premium to FitPass I was given the run around. Instead of converting my membership I was provided with a discount code for 15% off a mirror and my request was completely ignored by customer service rep 1. I followed up and a different customer service rep again ignored my request to move to the FitPass membership and offered to extend my premium membership till after I purchased a mirror. At this point I responded to have my membership cancelled. At this point responses from customer service ceased. I followed up again to have my membership cancelled via email with no response. I was able to cancel my membership by using the online CSR. At this point due to the profoundly disappointing experience with customer service I decided to purchase and exercise mirror from another company. If Echelon customer service provided such poor service over a small issue I did not want to see what would happen if I spent more $ with the company.

treadmill works but arrived broken. plastic was wrapped around wheels and stuck. Plastic on side of machine was cracked and a piece is missing. End plastic caps needed to be screwed in as screws popped through during delivery.

The turnaround time to replace my broken Echelon Reflect Mirror was extremely fast and I was very satisfied, however when requesting the replacement, I asked the representative if it was possible to replace my 40in mirror with the 50in touchscreen and pay the difference.
The representative stated he would have to ask someone from another department, via email, if it was possible and he’d let me know either way before shipping my replacement mirror and that did not happen. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

Tracking numbers provided didn’t pull records from DHL, and I still haven’t even received the rower or the bike. $200 for shipping that won’t be complete for 2 weeks after purchase, is unacceptable. Email recieved to activate echelin fit membership contained a link that didn’t actually link to anything, thankfully a team member was able to link my membership to my account for me

It looks nice. My lady wanted it but rarely uses it. I use it more than she does right now. Its not noisy and the setup is the simplest thing ever. Believe it or not now my dog is trying to get on it. We'll see how that continues to progress.

We have been waiting for months to fix our row machine. Several parts have been sent but none fixed the problem. Most parts sent didn’t address the problem. Now we have a new row machine but no one has called yo install it. Meanwhile I’m paying for a monthly membership that I can’t use.
