Very helpful! Great coverage of companies and the kit arrived in my inbox just a few minutes later. I ended up contacting customer service to upgrade to a certified kit when i realised I needed so many certified copies of all my documents (I have been married and divorced twice - LOL!) Having everything posted to me really helped save a lot of ink on my little printer, so totally worth the extra money. The whole process took me about a month - much faster than what it would have taken me to run back and forth all over town myself.

I'm pleased with the kit. I'm waiting for my new photo ID ie driving licence with new name. Until it arrives, I'm not able to progress with most name changes. But I'm very impressed with the content and layout of the kit. The personalised check list is easy to read and understand. It's great to have forms ready to fill in and emails and letters ready to send. Thank you.

The idea is great but unfortunately for me it didn't quite work as well as it should have. One of the companies I needed to contact wasn't carrying forward to the final list of companies to be contacted, so I went back (as it said I could) to check the information. Unfortunately this caused the system to lose all my account nbrs which I wasn't aware of until I had finalised everything. This ended up with all my emails arriving without my account nbrs pre-filled which is one of the most important parts of the system and it couldn't be corrected. In correspondence with Easy Name change we established this was the issue but nothing could be done to fix it. I suggest it is made much clearer on the website, that if you go back and forward between pages you lose your info. Alternatively, it should be set up that it saves each page automatically. Otherwise, the service is good and it has definitely helped and I would recommend using the compant.

It’s kind of annoying that I ticked all the boxes and pid the money and then when I realised I’d forgotten a few I had to pay more money to add them to the list. It would have been worthwhile to just do the whole lot manually

Very helpful, however there were a couple where I discovered I could email them my name change instead of having to post docs in as suggested by your business.
