I begin taking Icelandic sea kelp after dealing with a painful cyst in my breast. Doctors wanted me to have it surgically removed and didn’t guarantee it wouldn’t come back. After 3 to 6 months of taking the supplement my cyst completely went away. I also no longer have painful breasts before my period. I will continue taking this supplement! I have been taking it for about a year and a half now.

Convenient adequate doses of D3 and K2 in one capsule as unavailable in Canadian on-site local stores. Hard to fathom how Canadian health officials do not see the need to allow more than 1000 IU's of D3 in a single capsule as useful in a more northerly country no longer subsisting much on high fat game animals rich in such nutrients. Would have preferred the contents in an oil-filled capsule (coconut for enhanced absorption?), but contents can be spread into well-buttered toast quite easily. FJD

It works. I have tried every supplement and serum out there. After three months of taking two pills every day with food I can see balding spots on the sides of my head starting to fill in. The first thing I noticed was was less shedding in the shower and when I brushed my hair. You have to give it AT LEAST three months to see results, maybe even four or five. I love it! When eating only one meal a day it is hard for me to get all my vegetables. This has been a big help in getting the right amount.
