I love Dr Berg's Electrolyte Powder Orange! I have several autoimmune diseases and a practice keto way of eating so it satisfies the amount of Potassium and Magnesium that my body requires to help me through the days, especially to prevent very painful leg cramps at night, plus all of the other electrolytes it contains. The ONLY strong suggestion I have would is to add a strong dose of Vitamin C to the formula, as the other electrolyte supplement I take that has an artificial sweetener (thus the reason I cut back on using it as often) is more effective due to the 1000mg Vitamin C; not having to take it separately is very convenient; and that would make Dr Bergs Electrolyte Powders perfect!
