I have enjoyed learning from the great material. It is helpful and I know will help me in becoming a knowledgeable and good health coach. I was disappointed when I got to one of the lessons and it did not correspond with the questions. I checked the comments and there were messages from a year ago stating the two don't coincide!!! I had to send many emails to IT dept to get this fixed. Kind of sad that it took over a year for something to be done and lots of my time. I expected better.

It's fine. When i told my doctor about it, she told me my vitamin D wasn't that low to need that high of a dose, daily. I had already been taking a prescription of D3 at 1000 iu's a day. She approved me to take this pill 1 day out of the month, and to continue the 1000 iu the rest of the month.

I think it helps, hard to tell, because I have been getting more sun now. I struggle with connective tissue disorder, fibromayalgia, mitochondria dyfuction, ect. My energy , stiffness and pain are severe for a couple hours after waking up, and levels out a bit but can range from 3 to 8 were I have to lay down on and off for an hour at a time many times through out the day
Also on seven medications, and a couple different ones I alternate for sleep, if I do sleep!. I am on my second bottle now. So I will see from there

I liked everything but the nutritional yeast. They are large tablets that I have a hard time swallowing. A few times when I made smoothies I would put them in the smoothie but I don’t always have a smoothie every day. So I have to crush them up and then put them in something like a sugarless applesauce.

I don't have a gallbladder so the first time I took a tsp I had an upset stomach.Then , I would split the dosage by putting a few drops in my coffee throughout the day and tolerated fine. I like it!
