I have done many classes overe the years and this was one of the best. The format was user friendly and the sessions appropriately challenging. The fact we could retake the quizzes until we got it right was helpful and aided in my learning. Lauren at the office was very responsive to my needs.

Plan to put it into practice

I cannot directly know if this is helping me, but anything I can do to keep my kidneys and gall bladder to prevent any inflammation, then I will do to prevent any futures issues. I take all my vitamins and supplements strictly for prevention.

Dr. Berg's Ketogenic & Intermittent Fasting Coaching course was awesome! It's very content rich and worth every penny. I loved the way he broke the material down into tiny bite sizes; hence, I never felt overwhelmed. The diagrams, videos, white board, quizzes, essays and easy to follow instructions kept me motivated to stay the course.

As a personal trainer, I really learned a lot and have a much better understanding why so many people are unhealthy, struggling with weight loss & fat loss and confused. Dr. Berg is an excellent presenter, educator and he knows his stuff. I think what I loved most about the program is how relatable he is. He's not afraid to share his personal health challenges, struggles and being vulnerable not only shows his passion and love for people, but also, that he's real.

In closing, I think this program has been the missing link in my tool box of knowledge. Now I can coach with confidence and offer my clients so much more. I'm looking forward changing lives while reversing some of my own health issues. I did it, Yay!

Having salt in it, this could taste salty, but it does not. Very pleasant lemon flavor and easy to get down.
