I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism for about 14 years and have been on Levothyroxin from 25mcg to 125 mcg currently. I have only gained weight every year, and I am just tired and sluggish all the time. Since end of last year (December 2013), I have come into perimenopause state which is leading to menopause this year, I think. So, there is a lot of things going on in my body having an under active thyroid and coming into menopause. I also think that I may have an adrenal issue as well. I certainly would like some advice from Dr.Berg, please. Thank you.

Hi Dr. i lost 3.5 kg in my firth week, i have more energy and but when i order the adrenal type package, i got a surprise, it was in the box the trace mineral, gallbladder formula, adrenal fatigue formula and organic cruciferous sprats food,i did not get the super nutrients, so i take it all of it but my mood change i was very sensible and sad , so i read the book well and decide not to take the organic cruciferous, and mi mood change to normal i am happy because i losing wait and i have more energy, please can you explain what happend there please.

A month ago I bought this for my husband. For 30 years I have watched him stock up on Tums and Rolaids and ten years ago he started a prescription for Nexium. Then, he switched to Prilosec. I just started using the Chocolate Kale Shake and it is very very good...it satisfies my hunger...I put cinnamon in it and I also use the Almond milk..if you put that in the blender with some ice..it makes a great drink as well. Since turning 40 my body has taken me through several changes! Three in my family started taking the gull bladder form.We all had a bad stomach problems .So I called and was told to take the pill 15 to 20 min. before meals -which was not on the directions .It says take with meals. Doing this seems to help . I still have gas and loose stomach .
