Best money I've spent in a long time! I get terrible knots in between my shoulder blades mostly, and that tension can impact my back and neck also. Even with regular massage, it's a struggle. I'm only about 5 days in with this, but I use it a little each evening, and I already notice a difference. I don't get as much pain throughout the day, and I feel like my muscles are more loose already. I think an important thing to know in buying this, is that it will feel awkward until you figure out the best ways to use it, as I assume it is different for everyone. The pictures from Amazon are helpful also. I read that in a previous review, and I'm so glad I did, because I was just about ready to give up on it when I found relief.

Delicious! I tried another protein powder made with pea protein like this one and didn't care too much for it. I add some berries sometimes or at other times add more cocoa. I use it with either almond milk or coconut milk. I like to add chia seeds and sometimes flax meal as well for extra fiber.

I read Dr. Berg's book "The 7 Principles of Fat Burning" and it made a great deal of sense. I have been using Dr. Berg's acupressure devise for just two days and the results are good. I have had chronic back and neck pain for 35 years and have not had a good nights' sleep in more than 10 years. I have tried almost every option for relief. I would never have imagined that acupressure on the abdomen would relieve back pain, or that pressure on the neck would result in sound sleep. But it works! And it is the simplest solution.

i was hoping for a disc with this :( i use the wheat grass ritually and i have severe tension and fell in love with this when i saw it but hmmmm? why doesnt something you pay $40 for come with instructions or best suggestions on how to get started :(
