I had a terrible pain in the gallbladder area which radiated to my back, especially whenever eating nuts or a high fat meal. After taking Dr. Berg's gallbladder formula, the pain is almost gone and I feel more confident eating fatty food since I'm on a ketogenic diet. If you have pain in the gallbladder area I recommend giving the gallbladder formula a try before checking with your doctor. It might save you a trip to his office!

I bought this product for my husband, who is having gall bladder problems. He has a drain in and may have to have it removed, but we're trying to avoid that. He takes one capsule before or during each meal, and except for very high fat meals, it seems to help him with the pain and bloating. I'm going to add Ox Bile to his regimen, although this product has Bile salts in it, he seems to need more support. Dr. Berg's Gallbladder Formula has definitely helped with the pain he was having!!

After a week of taking Cruciferous Vegetable daily with meals I feel that I have a little bit more energy that has helped my digestive issues. In addition with other herbals, I think they strengthen my immune system to fight against fear based anxiety disorders that caused ischemia heart disease. I was not sure how I would actually like this, but it really does taste good. In addition, I immediately began seeing benefits such as harder, stronger fingernails. I have never had good fingernails my entire life and they are so nice now I don't even want to go to the salon to get them painted! If you are skeptical thinking this will taste like grass (as I wondered), I can tell you that while it does taste healthy - it does not taste like grass to me at all. I was very pleasantly surprised by just how good it tastes. I use this once a day and have already finished my first container and on to my second one. This will definitely stay as a part of my daily routine.
