I have been taking Dr. Berg's hair formula for 1 month and I have really noticed a difference in my facial skin, it is more hydrated and is less thin around my eyes. My hair has new growth and my nails are growing ridiculously fast. But it is the health of my skin that has me hooked, it is healing it from the inside out. My hands need less hand lotion as well, I did not realize my skin was so dehydrated. I also take several other of Dr. Berg's supplements as well as the Electrolyte mix as it is the only one I have found with a sufficient enough potassium. If you need to be educated on what the body needs Dr. Berg has tons of very educational Utube videos!

I have received it yesterday. I haven't noticed any difference so far (just tried it last night and this morning), so I will definitely give it more time. My biggest concern is the expiration date. Either it's not listed or not easy to decipher it. There is a number listed on the bottom of the container:

I bought this on the advice of my hair stylist and although it's a little early to tell, I think it might be working on my hair loss. Fingers crossed but I will order again if the improvement keeps up. Problem is, the hair loss is caused by medication so as long as I'm on the medication, I'll have to keep trying to counter the effects.

This saved me a trip to the ER. I had been reading dr. Berg's information on the gallbladder because I was having intermittent pain. Then all of a sudden I couldn't eat anything without horrible pain. I ordered and received this in two days (needed it fast!) and have been taking it with my 2 main meals for the last five days. Now I have no pain in the gall bladder area like I had for a year off and on, and my bloating has gone away. I'll continue taking it for a while to be sure all is well. It has helped. At first I had real dark sunken in circles under my eyes. I used a concealer to disguise the look. But I noticed bowel movements were better and I felt sick at first but days later felt lighter and much better. I know I needed the bike salts to help with my fatty liver from too many antibiotics as a child.

I have seen reviews where people say that they like the way this tastes. I do not--at least just mixed in water. However, I still love the stuff for the nutrition and I use it every day as part of a kale, blueberry, wheatgrass juice powder "shake". I can't taste it in the shake so I use it everyday. My "shake" gives me a lot of energy and good nutrition. So order it anyway and if you don't like the way it tastes, then put it into another "vehicle" so that you can get it down.
