I am still burping painfully and I still am suffering from acne but I do notice the drop in fat accelerating strangely and it's probably due to the fact I am fuller for longer I am consuming mct oil and that's when the hiccupping started and it only would occur hours after I made a kale shake with MCT oil it has only been one week so I'm going to continue using this product and maybe swallowing more than two pills a day I'm a up at two three or four to see if the burping stops and acne goes away and the appetite stay suppressed

Love this product! other wheatgrass mixes I've tried have stronger grassy flavors to them, this one is almost none existent. I also use less than the recommended dose since it is concentrated and it works just as well. Stretching out that penny!!

Have been trying it for the past 2 days. Like it so far using it on my neck while laying down. Too hard to do it myself on my back so I'll stick to using it for my neck. This product worked for me. I was able to get more rest after hitting a snag with adrenal fatigue. Weaning off too much coffee and green tea helped too. I like the combo Dr. Berg uses in this product. It is very potent and clean. I'm not saying this to sound nice. I've tried other products and they calmed me down but did not trigger sleep the way this product does. Keep in mind: what works for me, might not work for you. But if it does, you'll appreciate the difference.
