I have been using this product by Dr. Berg since early May and about 1/2 way thru my 4th bottle. I can see a noticeable difference in the density of my hair and am experiencing less breakage. This product is working for me although it is a little pricy. I may end up alternating this daily with another hair vitamin after using for a couple of more months and see if it allows me to continue use with less product.

I stumbled upon the Dr Bergs sleep aid when I started intermittent fasting. I have such a deep and restful sleep now. I have only been using a week but love it. If something wakes me up, I am still able to go right back to sleep which is divine and had been a constant problem. I have to buy another bottle because I have given samples to my mom and few friends to try.
