I've been using this electrolyte powder since I started the keto diet, that's 16 days now and I am very happy with it. It taste good and I have not had the keto flu.i drink it instead of milk wich also had alot of potassium but to many carbs. My wife drinks it at the start of her day along with mct oil and says she is not hungry for most of her 12 hour shift.

I love Dr Berg’s Wheat Grass version. Before this I tried another brand from Amazing Grass but couldn’t stand the smell/flavor of it. It was not only more pungent of algae-like smell but the taste was hard to put up with. But Dr Berg’s Wheat Grass has a mild scent/flavor (got the plain version) which I can totally drink on a daily basis and it dissolves in water much better than that other brand. Also I feel this is a much superior product overall because I felt more energy with this product in comparison to when I was taking the other brand’s product. So I’ll definitely keep purchasing this and highly recommend to others.
