I really like the product. Once I understood how to use it properly ,I did feel a difference. The biggest obstacles was the book and the video don't have the same sequent. The positions are different and didn't seem to match. Based upon the book, the position should start from the neck down but based upon the videos it's neck then laying down...it's a little confusing.
I can say that when I do use it in order with the book, I do find relief very quickly and find myself having a really good night's sleep.

Where the concept of the inclusion of the supplement compartment is good, I wish the container itself held more. By the time you fill your shake, there is little room for it to mix properly and throughly. I have to take another utensil to mix the bottom of the bottle, rescrew the top and shake further. Once that it done it is ready to drink. Suppliments are to expensive to waste as a gloopy mess in the bottom of the shaker bottle.

I've been using this electrolyte powder since I started the keto diet, that's 16 days now and I am very happy with it. It taste good and I have not had the keto flu.i drink it instead of milk wich also had alot of potassium but to many carbs.
