I appreciate the books and the information given. I wish there were some written out meal plans for two meals a day so that I could see what and how much I should be eating. I am eating no added sugar or sweetener, no starches, lots of vegetables, bags of greens but I do not know if I am getting too many carbs in what I am eating. Is there is a way to clear up this uncertainty?

I take the sleep aid about 30 min before I go to bed, it helps me to fall asleep fast. I wake up 1-2 times during the night but that’s better than 5-6 times before I started taking the sleep aid.
