Purchased as per your video to relieve hot flashes. Sweats have lessened about 40%, but after 6+ months of taking it 3x/day, I was hoping for more relief. That said, this product has done more than any of the dozens of other remedies I've tried (except for prescription hormones, which I have been off for ~ a year because they give me fibroids). QUESTION: Does this work at cross-purposes with 'Adrenal & Cortisol Support', or is it OK to take them both? Thanks for all you do!

So far the only benefit has been my nails are a tiny bit stronger ... absolutely no change to my hair or hair loss ;( The directions are confusing because the bottle says to take 2 a day anytime but in a video you made you say to take 1 pill 2 times a day with food. Talking about dosing instructions ... I also purchased your Blood Sugar Support pills and the direction on the bottle says take 1 pill with meals 3 times per day, how did I do this if I am doing IF as your recommend? I love all the information you share and you have helped me a lot, however I don't know that I will continue to purchase your products because your customer service is really really bad, my last order which I was told by your customer service was schedule to be delivered on Tuesday (2/12/19) still has not arrived (order number 1000287749) this was the 3rd time I called, the first time the lady was extremely rude and the second time the lady was clueless and told me all she could do was leave a message and have someone contact me, which they never have. I'm really disappointed overall ;(
