Adrenal Stress Advanced Formula
I love this product. All of a sudden I have get up-and-go motivation to get things done. I do have one concern/question: Is it Ok to use long term?
I heard that it could cause the adrenals to atrophy and not produce anymore. Is that correct? can you explain that a bit?
I am a bit confused with the High/low cortisol pathways. I heard someone say that chronic high cortisol due to stress eventually leeds to low cortisol resulting in feelings of apathy or just simply not being motivated to do anything. What are your thoughts on this?

This tasted really great, you can detect the kale flavor but it mainly tastes creamy and chocolately. Sadly I had to throw it out because I developed a sensitivity to erythritol and stevia so I can no longer use many of Dr. Berg's products, which makes me sad because I really loved the way this and the wheat grass juice and electrolyte drink tasted. I'll buy them all again if they're made unsweetened but I'm prob in a minority who have these sensitivities.

So happy I found dr Berg and "my" gallbladder support formula. This has made such a difference in my "bathroom routine". Since taking this product, I'm more regular than I have ever been, like twice a day!!! For normal people you may not understand, but I could go a week or two between bowl movements, I was lucky if I could go once a day for a couple of days in a row. Constipation was a constant situation, unless they were loose stools, that periodic break from constipation accompanied by diarrhea. Then going multiple times all day long, that was terrible too but being empty was better than being backed up... Ugh!
