I am taking this to produce more bile to help with my bowels and reduce my Migraines. At first I read the dosage incorrectly and took it before meals and nothing seemed to happen. Once I read your book I corrected myself and I take one tablet right after I eat. So far things seem to be functioning the way they should. I am happy to say I have not had a migraine in 12 days!!!
