I can definitely feel the stress melting away after I take the adrenal and cortisol support. I just finished my first bottle about a week ago so I was expecting it to take a little longer for other effects anyhow. I haven't noticed much of anything else just yet but my mom is also taking them and has noticed a calm effect as well. As far as the stress and calm effect goes that happened at least within the first day or two for me and ever since then it takes minutes for me to feel that relief after I take them now.
