I've been taking Sleep Aid for about 4-5 weeks. I take two. My review is both negative and positive.
Getting the negative out of the way: no, I am not getting a full night of sleep. On average I'm sleeping about five hours.
The positive is that I feel better upon awakening. I used to wake up and drag my butt around the house for a couple of hours before kicking into gear. Since talking Sleep Aid, I wake up feeling ready to roll. It's almost as if I did sleep for 8 hours.
I wonder, should I try taking 3 nightly instead of 2?

I really love the taste of this. I was skeptical because I have tried to choke down other wheatgrass. I was also pleased that the package recommended consuming on an empty stomach. I used to drink it with food and got awful stomach aches. I had no idea why until I read that. Other than that, I've only been taking it for a few weeks so far, so good.

Was hesitant, thinking this would taste "gritty" or thick and grainy. It was not - the taste was pleasant - I just mix a scoop with about 6 oz of water and drink it once a day. Although I just started drinking this about 2 weeks ago, I think I am feeling a better level of "wellness". I'm actually thinking about drinking this twice a day - so might try to contact Dr. Berg to make sure that is an okay thing to do. If you are "on the fence" - get this product - the one body God gave you is worth it :)
