Each section was packed with actionable information. There isn't a lot of fluff and unnecessary babbling just to hear oneself talk, which I appreciate very much. Berg strikes me as an intelligent and capable person who cares deeply for the subject. My only complaint, and sole reason for the missing 5th star, is he is a non-practicing chiropractor and that's why he calls himself Dr. Berg. I have my own opinions about whether one should even be able to collect a doctorate for chiropractic study, but that isn't my gripe (necessarily). The way he implies he's a medical doctor by saying things like 'my 29 years in practice...' while talking about the immune system is intellectually dishonest and just sort of gross. There's no way, with the amount of times comments like this are uttered, he doesn't know exactly what it sounds like; indeed, what he's going for. The ethical approach would be to give your full title when making claims like that, to make it clear immunology (or literally any kind of medicine) isn't your field of study.

I want to like him and trust what he says, but the subtle (and not so subtle) ways of giving himself more credence than he has earned really rubs me the wrong way. I'm giving this 4 stars with the assumption that everything else he said is based in fact. Perhaps it's more than he deserves, or perhaps he has some credentials I'm unaware of, in which case I'm the jerk.

I.e taking thymus, slowly introduce the supplement/or and supplements, usually when I buy a supplement, I go full throttle, full dose or more to see if it even works. Haha

Because the thyroid doesn't tend to be a primary problem, it's helpful to. have taken some of the other courses first, so you have a better understanding what's going on in the background. However, I thought the course was well done and had great information with some downloads.

After returning to your videos twice, i have found your delivery of information insightful, helpful and clear to understand. Having a good friend and parent both who have recent immune issues and have not seemed to progress with the medical GP assistance who appear to rely upon pharma to heal all. Unfortunately that is not the case where i have taken the advice from your videos and applied it to my friends current issues, teamed with logic to define what is necessary according to each of their health problems and manageable. Packed full of wisdom!

You learn how important vitamin D is and how many things it impacts. It would have been helpful for me to have taken this course first before some of the other ones I have taken. I think it would increase your overall understanding of your body.
