I bought a replacement battery for the transmitter and receiver of a Dogtra collar. Not exactly a big-ticket purchase.It made it as far as our local carrier then poof! Gone. Could locate it. I checked with the post office who said they would "keep looking". Right. Like OJ and Kaylee Anthony. Anyway, I emailed the company. I figured not their problem either. Lo and behold, they wrote me back a personalized email and in a few days I had two new batteries! This is an outstanding company that cares about their customers and they deserve your business.
