I am not sure what rating to give; the purchase process and the shipment were excellent. I am confused though, the day I hooked up to the internet and started to run a new antivirus program, I got a message that the laptop was infected. When I contacted the software company about the problem, they told me that there was a Trojan virus on the laptop and that I would have to pay them $99. to remove it. This happened on 2/17/18. I have disconnected the laptop and was waiting until 2/20/18 to contact your company to see about resolving the problem. Hi hopefully I can give you a 5-star review when the issue is resolved.

I thought they were new not used. Was told they came with chrome licenses. They did not. I had to order licenses from another company.Then was offered an exchange for laptops because they couldn't provide me with licenses. I ordered Chromebooks because that's what worked best for the situation at my school. Took awhile to get them. Then almost half of the Chromebooks did not have the serial number tags on them. Lot of red flags for me. Doubt I will use again.
