My apologies for taking so long to write about our experience with Disability Credit Canada Inc. After doing research and learning about the fact we could actually receive money back from the government, we at first printed up all the forms to fill out. My daughter actually called and gave us the number to call instead and said that they will explain the process you have to go through and that they do all of it for you. That sounded great, so we called, and she was right. We talked to Rose first and she was very helpful and explained everything to us how they would represent us and that we would have a better chance of getting funds back then if we did the forms ourselves. We started the procedure and it took a little while but they kept in contact with us and always let us know what was happening. Now a days most company’s leave you hanging and wondering what is going on, but not Disability Credit Canada. We are very thankful for all the help they provided for us getting a refund for my husband. I encourage anyone and everyone who knows about this to spread the word and let people know about this service. I am so glad that we actually called to see about it. Where do I start - first word AMAZING! The whole team is super great, understanding, caring, compassionate, loving, I could go on forever! They'll go above and beyond, they'll be there beyond office hours, they'll help with wording, elaborating, and understanding of the process. My experience was very long but they never gave up and they always had another idea to make it all work out - and it did! It worked out beyond perfect, at a perfect time! The level of excitement in Laurie's voice when she called was the best! Josh was a huge help in the process and he was just as helpful! Rose as well was always so nice to talk to! The team herr is great, id recommend them anyday!!

Over the past year I have been dealing with Laurie at Disability credit canada, she has shown me great kindness and she has guided me along this journy with tremendous care and respect. Any time I had a question or needed help I knew I could just give her a call. I feel as if she has become more than just a rep but has grown to be a close friend, she has treated me better than family. I honestly don't know what I would have done with out her being there.

Working with DCC was an absolute pleasure! Dealing with so much trying to provide the best support and care for my teen's mental health issues had become frustrating and I felt that I was just spinning my wheels attempting to ensure that my child's needs were met while working full-time and being a single mom. DCC made this experience easy, quick and efficient. Life can be challenging and I'm so grateful that my DCC representative made this process less stressful with the best possible end result! I am very pleased at the performance of DCA. There was a bit of work on my part but once that was done they handled the entire process for me. I know that I qualified and had a right to this tax credit but still did not expect anything to come of it. I was surprised and very pleased that I will receive a very nice refund because of the work DCA has done for me. I recommend them to anyone who feels they may qualify. There's nothing to lose.

All I must say is this was the best experience ever, Laurie and her team are great, they got me my extra credit whend I didn't think it was going to happen. They are continuing to help me get more and my family and I appreciate all the help with the process. Many thanks

What a journey this has been.
1. I first started out applying for Disability Tax Credit on my own, with my doctor's advice. That was not good enough for CRA, but I honestly think that it had mostly to do with how my Doctor approached my application, and what he wrote; not a whole lot and frankly didn't look convincing at all. When I received notification of assessment from CRA, it was a big fat NO; pardon my phrasing. A lot of time was wasted, time I did not have.

2. Disability Credit Canada. I began this journey by researching online, and came across the testimonials of many very happy people. People like me and you. Yeah, there were those odd few who were unhappy with the fact that DCC need to make living as well. But ask yourself this question, " How much did you receive from CRA for DTC on your own? Anything? Like me, probably that big NO. So paying someone to help you will have gotten you further than doing nothing at all or by yourself to no avail. Okay so back to my journey. I contacted the office of Disability Credit Canada and no sooner did I send the request for help did I get a phone call right back from Rose. We went through with a fine tooth comb, all of my health concerns, medical history, etc. I felt very comfortable, and yes, i asked a ton of questions which she had no problem answering. I then not too much longer recieved forms to fill out with my doctor etc. I sent them back and then thats when Laurie came into the picture, she took over from there and she guided me through it all, even a well needed conversation, so good for my stressed out soul. The whole team was involved, not missing on single bit, guiding myself and my doctor all of the way. I am thankful I reached out! You are all angels to me. If I called for help or questions, they were right there..

I received my letter of determination today, just what I needed to cheer me up! Roller coaster has slowed down and now I can coast at normal speed.

Don't hesitate or worry for one more second, call them!! It only took a few months for me!! Now they are helping me get my CPP!!

My experience with Disabilty Credit Canada was a good one. Right from the start Rose at the front, she was super friendly, empathic, and knowledgeable. She then put me in touch with Laurie who saw our claim to the end, and made an extremely stressful process, a lot easier than if we had of done this on our own. In addition to this I was able to refer my mom and her partner as well and I believe things are working out in their favor as well.
I know that Laurie will assist us in moving forward with CRA as well.

Disability Credit Canada is an amazing company who always puts your needs first. They are in constant communication with you through out the whole process. My son has severe ADHD and getting the help from them to be able to get what he deserves has been the best experience ever. He will now be able to get into programs geared for kids like him because of them.

From the First Contact with Rose Ford to the help I received from Laurie Wulfand, I felt very comfortable with using Disability Credit Canada. Their knowledge helped easy the process of getting accepted. If it would not be for Laurie, I would most definitely not been approved. Accepting that I have a mental health disability and asking for assistance in various ways has been a challenging journey. Fortunately, when I approached Disability Credit Canada, I immediately felt at ease. Throughout the process of providing the most vulnerable details about my illness, I was met with kindness, compassion, and respect. Each team member was professional and very willing to answer questions. Communications regarding the progress of my claim were done regularly. While the process progressed forward with ease for me, I am aware of the good amount of effort that was needed behind the scenes to coordinate documents and agencies. I am grateful to have had assistance going through the process.

When we started this process in November 2018 I was thinking I might as well try as their was nothing to lose . After my initial interview with Rose she was quite confident that I would qualify for a disability tax credit . Rose had told me that my health history would be a factor but my Doctor was sceptical and I was not overly confident as my health issues did not quite fit CRA’S criteria . When Laurie phoned approximately March 7 to tell me that I did qualify I started getting a little excited but still thought I would have a long wait before actually seeing any money . When she phoned on March 21 and asked if I was sitting down she certainly got my attention . When she advised me that there was $21,808.85 deposited in my account I was very happy that I had sat down . Along with the obvious very positive result it was a real pleasure working with Disability Credit Canada staff and I don’t believe this would have happened without their expertise ..-Thank You -Thank You -Thank You -Jim

I contacted Disability Credit Canada because I had applied for my daughter and been denied. I knew that accessing the DTC would also allow her access to other services that would come with a successful application. From day one, DCC took over and kept me informed. They also were in contact with the doctor for additional information. When you are busy caring for a child with a disability, the amount of effort it takes to get all this paperwork done can be too much! They were quick to reply to my questions and even though it took a while, they successfully secured the DTC for my daughter. I would send anyone struggling with the DTC their way. Thank you DCC for all you have done to bring our application to a successful close.

Thanks for your competent and timely assistance for the Disability Tax Credit; Not just from this year forward, but also, based on my medical records, the eligibility to claim the disability tax credit for a substantial number of prior years.

The help I received from you was absolutely the best I've ever had. Through most of my attempts the results where a time frame of several month before they would even look into anything but the service I got from this company was extraordinarily quick and with each step they let me know how things were proceeding and very helpful with all the paper work and advice.
