Overall my experience was very good, there was one issue where the claim was delayed due to a miscommunication between us, our doctor and DCC, but the responsibility for that was equal across the board. I found the staff very helpful and they respond in a timely and professional manner. Hi there , I just wanna thank all those that helped me along the way.
I had a bad accident and suffered traumatic brain injury and broke my back in two painful places. After my accident I struggled with everything and especially my paperwork. I was ready to give up when my doctor mentioned she heard of a place that will help the government understand my problems better as I couldn't get the words out to save my life. There were things I hid in my mind to avoid the pain and that needed to come out to start healing. Being alone with a brain injury there are a lot of cracks I fall into and I don't think I would have ever got the paperwork right and would of ended up with nothing but my battles ripping my life apart physically , mentally and financially . I just needed HELP ..
