Do not buy from this company. They don’t support their warranty claims. Bought a light bar that worked for less than 10 days after install. Cheap products. Poorly finished.

Had an unforseen issue with one of my headlights so I contacted customer service. The issue was handled quickly and I had a replacement headlight assembly on my doorstep within days. This was one of the best, if not the best, customer service experiences I've ever had. Great products and even better customer service, thanks again!

Purchased SS3 Pro fog light kit for my Super Duty F350. The OE fog lights were disappointing at best, I found Diode Dynamics to replace the factory units. What an improvement over stock! The light pattern, wide angle lens, ease of installation, and OE+ look was just what the Limited Super Duty F350 needed. Thank you Diode Dynamics for creating a great product! Eric-PNW

I purchased the multicolor demon eye kit for my 2018 mustang from Amazon. I didn't realize the kit was for 2015-2017. I called customer service and the young lady that helped me was one of the most professional,kind,caring person I've ever dealt with when calling any company for help with their. Products. Because of myexperience with her, I will be a diode dynamics customer for any any all of my lighting upgrades. I'm a business owner myself and I know the value of a good representative of my company and she definitely stands out. I apologize, I've forgotten her name but I hope she gets the recognition she so truly deserves. As for my kit, I'm still having issues and would like further help with installation. I plan on reaching back out to diode dynamics today. Thanks in advance guys.

I ordered a C1R Hitch light pod for my 2023 Silverado, but unfortunately the harness was not up to par with the truck's wiring. The kind folks at Diode Dynamics acknowledge the problem and told me that they are working on a new harness and that they would sent me a new unit once it is available. Well, the new unit was just shipped and I can't wait to install and try it. I will keep you posted, but this, in my book, is how customer service should be !!!! Kudos to DD, and to Cameron who is the rep who took care of my case.

Order was 5 months late. When I finally received a partial if my order (headlights only) one of the headlights didn't work. I was shipped a new light and a new harness since the original harness was damaged and the new harness was wired incorrectly and wouldn't work. I've had to pull. Y lights out 3 times already and will have to a 4th time was a finally get a new harness. All that and the fog lights still haven't shipped with no ETA in sight. Have been very disappointed with Diode up to this point.

I pre-ordered the HitchPod + strobing brake feature, have waited 7 months for Diode Dynamics to resolve the issue of the alarms being set off by the light, and although they have fixed that issue, I’m on the third brand new harness that still does not make the light illuminate at all when the brake is pressed. I’ve followed and watched their install videos, even researching online what I could be doing wrong. Everything is connected as the instructions state, I have the reverse light working , yet no brake function and no strobe function. If my running or headlights are on, the light will illuminate the red color as it’s supposed to, but does not illuminate brighter or strobe upon brake activations. Extremely frustrating as I have contacted customer service multiple times, and they have helped me, but they still have not fixed the issue they said would be fixed with the updated harness. I love the idea, and love the reverse light, but I paid for a brake and strobe light, and I have yet to get those functions to work. Starting to think I may have a defective light itself as 3 harnesses haven’t worked. DD has not offered to replace the light yet, and I have put in another service email regarding the same issue. I will update once I hear from the company on what they want to do about the issue that shouldn’t be happening, but have held off on reviews pending the light functioning correctly to which it does not and DD has not fixed my issue.

I just recently purchased the C1R HitchMount light as well as (4) SS3 Max spots, and I will say I am so far VERY pleased with the quality of the products I received, as well as their performance.
I could have given a 4-star review due to the hiccups I encountered with the C1R on my 2018 Ford Raptor, but considering the level of quality service provided by DD and the speed to respond to the couple issues I had, I just had to give them a 5-star rating! I am very happy with my American made product and the Americans who make them for us!

Had broken switch, they replaced it free of charge and shipped it. Great products and customer service!
