From the very first inquiry throughout the entire process Layna was outstanding! She communicated everything we needed to do and when. She assisted with getting Covid testing set up in Cusco as well as in Equador. She provided us with good resources for flights as well as travel insurance. Detailed itinerary and updated as due to COVID there were some needed changes. We were provided with detailed information on packing, luggage suggestions and limits for each part of our trip. We were given a detailed itinerary with contact information for hotels, where to meet up with your guides and contacts for guides as well. Information was also provided in regards to when we would be where and contact numbers that we could leave home so family/friends knew where we would be and when. Definitely recommend Detour!! They are the experts in regards to our travel to Peru and Machu Picchu as well as Equador and the Galapagos.
