I placed an order, but they were out of stock. The company went to the trouble of phoning to warn me of this, voided any payment and then emailed me when the goods were in stock again. They could not have been more helpful - and the six glass jars arrived intact!

Disappointed, because the Ginger/Coffee you supplied is much sweeter than the same product I have purchased in the past. Too sweet for my taste. I cannot drink it.

Customer service has been superb. They have made a concious effort to make sure I received a package that initially went missing.
